Access the home: Keys and Locks

The home is equipped with a Yale smart digital keypad.

The keypad is located at the front entry 

 

1.) Press the yale logo

2.) Then enter the access code provided in email

3.) Tap the check mark

4.) Turn knob and enter home

Checkin/Checkout

Before you leave, we need a few things so that we can provide a
welcoming environment to our next guests.

CHECKOUT TIME: 10am​

  1. Check all items are intact & not damaged. (If anything is

  2. damaged please report it immediately)

  3. Make sure all lights and TVs are off. The doors and
    windows are closed and locked.

  4. Arrange items according to their original places if
    moved (see photos)

  5. Put all trash in the garbage bin and place outside

  6. Check the entire home for personal items.

  7. Please make sure all doors and windows are closed and
    locked upon exit.

  8. Please confirm your check out via the Airbnb app

Solana, Spanish for warm wind, is a fitting name for this wonderful southern California beach town where you will receive a warm welcome for the local residents. The residence sits just minutes from the beach which is great for sunbathing, swinging and surfing just to name a few actives to do outdoors with
immaculate ocean backdrop.

Amenities

Watch the sunset or enjoy a hot cup of joe, a delicious meal or peacefully enjoy the breathtaking beauty of the Pacific Ocean.

We ask that noise on the balcony be kept to a minimum especially from 9:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. on weekdays and 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. on weekends.

 

Please enjoy the use of the propane grill. We ask that the grill be cleaned immediately after each use and returned to its original condition. Supplies to clean the grill are located
under the kitchen sink.

 

If the grill is uncleaned at check-out a $75 fee
will be accessed.

House Rules

Please Read – House Rules!!!!

You agree to abide by all of these rules when you book the unit- NO pets or animals of any kind inside the apartment without proper authorization. Violation of this rule will be a $750 Fee, no exceptions. 

​

-Late checkouts (15 minutes or longer after checkout time) will result in a $350 late check out fee

-Early check in and late check out fees are nonrefundable

- No smoking or illegal substances inside the home - $750 Fee

- Lost Keys, FOB and/or Garage Opener - $250 Fee, Each

- Please DO NOT unplug the TV’s and/or the ROKU’s 

- The cleaning fee covers for cleaning inside of the unit. When utilizing the common area It is your responsibility to clean up after. If additional cleaning is required to clean the common areas an additional fee of $150 will be assessed during your stay for each occurrence.

-Towels and linens (Towels) - $15 per lost/stolen towel (2 are provided per guest)

- Profanity, harassment or reports of rudeness towards Property Management and/or Security - $500 charge and will be asked to leave immediately without a refund

 

You will be assessed a $500 fine for any of the following:

- Rips, stains and/or tears to furniture, sheets, comforters, pillows or any other bedding item

- Stains or scratches on the walls, damage to electrical plugs, missing TV and/or appliance cables

- If we suspect that you have thrown a party, i.e., excessive garbage, excessive stains on floors, walls, complaints from neighbors or other guest and/or any other signs that a party was held in the unit

- Building security will enforce quiet hours between 10:00 p.m. and 8 a.m. during their nightly rounds. Any noise complaints will incur $250 dollar charge mentioned above, plus an additional $100 charge and will be asked to leave immediately without a refund

Additionally: (in addition to the security deposit)

A minimum $1500 fee will be charged if any appliance and/or TV is damaged and/or removed from its place, i.e., scratches, dents, holes, or missing parts. 

A minimum $250 fee will be charged for any items missing from the unit, regardless of the value of the item 

A minimum $1000 fee will be charged for any excessive damage (burns, holes, dents, large scratches etc.) to walls, counter tops, bathroom mirrors (Cracked or Scratched), doors, cabinets, and/or shelves or tables.

- Please be respectful of your neighbors and limit noise or activity before 8:00 a.m. and after 10:00 p.m.

You must also acknowledge

Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $5500 (fees are not all inclusive)

Pet Authorization + Rules

 

We love pets and they are always welcome in our home!

 

In order to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for both you and your furry companion, we have a few requirements and a non-refundable pet fee of $350 per pet, per accommodation. This fee contributes towards maintaining a pet-friendly environment and covers insurance, additional cleaning and preparations to keep our premises in top-notch condition.

 

To initiate the process and expedite your check-in, we kindly request the following information about your pet:

Once we receive these details, we will be able to finalize the necessary arrangements and make your stay as smooth as possible.

 

Additional rules about pets.

 

  1. Pets must be registered at the time of booking. Registration includes a $350 Pet fee and written confirmation from the host.

  2. Pets are not permitted to use communal areas, patios or inside the home to relieve themselves.

  3. All pets must be well-behaved, properly trained, and under control at all times.

  4. Dogs should be kept on a leash when in common areas, such as hallways or shared spaces, to ensure the safety and comfort of other residents. Other pets should be properly restrained or caged.

  5. Pets must be clean, groomed, and free of fleas or ticks before checking into the Airbnb.

  6. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Please promptly dispose of any waste in designated areas.

  7. Pets should not be left unattended in the Airbnb unless they are in a crate or an appropriate containment area. Excessive noise, including, barking or howling should be avoided to prevent disturbance to other guests.

  8. Any damages caused by pets will be the sole responsibility of the pet owner. Guests may be held liable for any repairs or replacement costs.

  9. It is recommended to bring your pet's bedding and food bowls to ensure their comfort and cleanliness during the stay.

  10. Keep in mind that some neighbors may have allergies or fears of pets. Be considerate and mindful of other people's comfort and well-being.

  11. Please respect the pet policy and any restrictions on the size, breed, or number of pets allowed. Always communicate with the host in advance regarding your pet.

  12. Lastly, enjoy your stay! Make sure your dog has a pleasant experience as well, and follow any additional guidelines provided by the host to ensure a positive stay for everyone.

Parking

Parking in permitted in the garage or in the designated spaces immediately in front of the garage. Please do not park along the common driveway or in neighboring spaces. The code to the garage will be shared when booking is confirmed.
